Answer:Any old 2933mhz stick should be compatible and you won't see a difference. Just make sure it's the SODDIMM form factor and it's DDR4.

Answer:It should handle it, but you may have to make sacrifices in the setting menu.

Answer:That's a big job, you have to remove the entire bottom part of the laptop. Very delicate process, I strongly recommend having a professional do it unless you're very experienced.
